Apulian mozzarella is a cheese served as an appetizer, main course or pizza topping. The cheese maker, called “casaro”, shows the transformation of the raw material, the local milk, up to the processing of the mozzarella and the tasting.

Fried panzerotti are a typical dish of Apulian cuisine: crescents of leavened dough, stuffed with mozzarella and tomato and fried to be enjoyed hot. The experience is available for both lunch and dinner.
